Huawei’s new Nova-series phones, the Nova 10 and Nova 10 Pro, were released in China a few months ago.
Now, the company is bringing the Huawei Nova 10 and Huawei Nova 10 Pro to markets outside of China. Soon, the phones will be available in some European countries.
When it comes to specs, the Nova 10 has a 6.7-inch Full HD+ OLED screen. On the other hand, the Pro model has a 6.78-inch Full HD+ OLED screen with a resolution of 2652 1200 pixels. Both phones have a refresh rate of 120Hz and an aspect ratio of 20:9.
Both phones have a fingerprint sensor built into the screen to make them more secure. The devices have Qualcomm Snapdragon 778 4G processors, 8GB of RAM, and 256GB of storage space.
There is a 50-megapixel main camera sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor for the camera. There’s a 60-megapixel camera on the front for selfies and video calls.
Nova 10 features a 4,000mAh battery; the Pro model has 4,500mAh. Wire speeds are 66W and 100W.
Huawei also has a new 11-inch OLED tablet with a 120Hz refresh rate. Depending on the variant, the tablet has 4G Snapdragon 888 or 870 processors and up to 512GB of storage. Both have 8,300mAh batteries with 66W and 40W charging.
Back has 13MP primary sensor and 8MP ultrawide camera, while front has 16MP video camera.
Lastly, the Huawei Watch D is being sold by the company as a “certified medical device.” The watch can measure blood pressure, which is rare even on the top Android smartwatches.
Huawei didn’t immediately provide pricing and availability data. We’ll update this item when we do. The keynote is scheduled for September 3 at 10:30 am (CET).
