AT&T certifies OnePlus 10 Pro; price drops, $200 discount

OnePlus 10 Pro

The OnePlus 10 Pro featured on our list of top Android phones to buy in 2022. It’s now certified to work on AT&T’s 5G network. That means no connectivity concerns. Despite this accreditation, AT&T does not sell the phone, therefore you must visit the OnePlus website or a third-party reseller.

The OnePlus 10 Pro has a 6.7-inch 120Hz QHD+ LTPO display and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 CPU. LTPO displays can have refresh rates from 1Hz to 120Hz. This lets the display perform optimally and save battery when needed.

AT&T’s 5G network was compatible with the company’s first phone, the OnePlus 10T. The 10 Pro is the second OnePlus device to do this after getting certified. Note that the 10 Pro doesn’t have mmWave connectivity and can only connect to low-band and mid-band 5G networks on all certified US carriers. This means you won’t get crazy download speeds of a gigabit or more like on the best Android phones.

Still, you can’t buy the phone straight from AT&T. You can only buy the 10 Pro from Amazon or other third-party sellers. If that’s not a problem, for a limited time you can get the OnePlus 10 Pro with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage for $699. This is an extra $100 off the phone, which was recently marked down to $799. From September 16 to September 23, you can get this deal through the OnePlus Store app in the US.
