Apple’s iPhone 14 release date is near

iPhone 14 release

Despite COVID cases, Apple is holding an in-person event.

The latest iPhone  is usually released in September. Apple will continue this trend in 2022 for iPhone 14 release, ending weeks of speculation.

The iPhone 14 debut event will be on September 7, 2022, at 10:00 AM PT, according to an invitation (1:00 PM ET). As always, you can webcast the event from home.

Digital Trends reports that Apple is also inviting media to an in-person event. This suggests Apple has some in-person attendees. This hasn’t happened since 2019’s iPhone 11 debut.

The COVID-19 outbreak prompted Apple to introduce products virtually. Apple’s return to in-person events comes as COVID cases surge. The corporation may be limiting attendance or taking additional steps. You should expect a live iPhone 14 debut event, unlike the pre-recorded events of recent years.

What’s next? All but confirmed are the iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Max (to replace the Mini model), iPhone 14 Pro, and iPhone 14 Pro Max. Two hole-punch cuts are rumoured to replace the Pro’s notch. The event invite suggests new camera sensors, an A16 chip, and an always-on display.

September 7 should also bring Apple Watch Series 8. Apple’s next wearable may have a similar design to the Series 7 and longer battery life. Along with the Series 8, a tough Apple Watch Pro and Apple Watch SE 2 are rumoured.

Plus! Apple’s September 7 event could bring AirPods Pro 2, a redesigned 10th Gen iPad, and an iPad Pro M2 upgrade.
